🧾 Job Description:

AutoCred India is hiring an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to manage its in-house telecalling team handling Car Loan, Refinance, and Top-Up Loans.
This role requires strong people management, target tracking, and deep understanding of loan sales processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 telecalling agents

• Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly login & disbursement targets

• Monitor agent performance through call audits, CRM dashboards & reports

• Provide real-time support and training to underperforming team members

• Coordinate with the credit, backend, and processing teams

• Handle customer escalations & maintain strong quality benchmarks

• Prepare MIS reports and performance updates for management

🛠️ Required Experience & Skills:

• ✅ Minimum 2 years experience as Team Leader in any Loan Process (Auto Loan preferred)

• Strong knowledge of loan lifecycle – login to disbursement

• Proficient in using CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp for Business

• Excellent leadership, motivational and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle daily performance reviews

• Fluent in Hindi (Basic English required)
