About the role

Business Development Executive

This is an office-based role focused on inbound and hot customer leads through calls and WhatsApp.

What you will do

  • Understand customer requirements and explain suitable car loan options.
  • Handle inbound enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up for documents and information, keeping customers informed.
  • Update lead status and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Manage leads through the approval and disbursal journey.
  • Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.

What we are looking for

  • Clear spoken communication and a customer-focused approach.
  • Comfort with regular calling, follow-ups and monthly targets.
  • Willingness to work from our Janakpuri West office.
  • Relevant sales, customer-handling, loan or BFSI experience is helpful. Freshers can also apply.
