4. Offers and Benefits
Promotional benefits (including buyer perks and limited-slot offers) are subject to eligibility, city availability, lender terms, and campaign validity. AutoCred can modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.
5. Third-Party Links and Tools
Some features may use third-party services (for example maps, communication tools, and lender systems). AutoCred is not responsible for downtime, data delays, or policy changes on those third-party platforms.
6. Limitation of Liability
AutoCred India will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from lender decisions, pricing changes, delays in approval/disbursal, or user-provided incorrect details.
