Please read these terms before accepting and submitting an enquiry.
1. Service Scope
AutoCred provides guidance for car loan options, lender matching, EMI support, insurance and related consultation. Final approval, rate, tenure and disbursal are subject to the applicable partner bank, NBFC or insurer policies.
2. Information You Submit
You confirm that the details you submit are accurate and belong to you. Incorrect or misleading information may result in rejection of your request.
3. Communication Consent
When you accept these terms and submit an enquiry, you authorize AutoCred India and the relevant partner institution to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about that enquiry and its status. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Offers and Benefits
All rates, amounts, charges and promotional benefits displayed on this website or in advertising are indicative campaign information. The final personalised offer, including the applicable interest rate, fees, prepayment or part-payment charges, loan amount, tenure, insurance terms and benefits, will be communicated and confirmed by AutoCred India's sales team only after reviewing your details, eligibility, location, selected vehicle or variant, lender assessment and campaign availability. Submitting a form does not guarantee a displayed rate, zero charges, benefit, offer slot, approval or disbursal. Applicable lender or insurer terms and the final written offer govern the transaction. Benefits may vary, have separate conditions or be unavailable, and are not automatically payable as cash. Limited-offer availability is confirmed by the sales team. Campaigns may be modified or withdrawn, subject to applicable law; this does not change an already accepted final written offer.
5. Third-Party Links and Tools
Some features use third-party services, including maps, communication tools and lender systems. Their availability, information and policies are outside AutoCred's control.
6. Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable law and your statutory rights, AutoCred is not responsible for losses arising from lender decisions, approval or disbursal delays, or incorrect information supplied by you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Updates and Acceptance Records
We may update these terms for future enquiries. Each submitted enquiry records the version and wording accepted at that time, the acceptance time and relevant technical details. A later update does not replace that saved record. A new submission requires acceptance of the current version.
